It took far too long to get the room key, even after the booking was confirmed and I contacted the property. The bed and sheets were in very bad shape. There were no towels, and I couldn't use the bathtub.

The place was neat and clean, and the location is great. Everything else was very nice too. They were just a little slow sending my invoice by email.
