The stay was really pleasant. The sauna was a lovely extra, and I appreciated having HDMI cables in the rooms. The restaurant food is great and worth trying. Puro hotels are always a pleasure for me, with thoughtful interiors that feel cozy. Breakfast was lovely too, with lots to choose from at the buffet and à la carte.

We really didn't want to leave. The hotel felt sleek and peaceful, and the rooms, hallways, and shared areas were beautifully clean and turned out. We slept wonderfully. The restaurant and bar were closed for maintenance during our visit, so the hotel gave us a complimentary welcome drink. Since it was our anniversary, they also surprised us with Prosecco and macaroons. The staff were warm and professional, and the lobby coffee machine makes great coffee!

The lobby made a great place to work, and there was free coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. Breakfast had plenty of variety when I had time to sit down, and my room was spotless with a very comfortable bed, just what I needed after meetings. When I had to leave at 4:30 AM, the staff kindly prepared breakfast to go because I would miss the usual service. I often pick PURO for business trips in Poland, and the Poznań hotel met my expectations. It's charming and stylish, with an easy short walk to the Main Square in the Old Town. I'd highly recommend it for its clean rooms and attentive service.

The staff were excellent, and their English was very good. Staying on the 4th floor is a treat, with the sauna just along the hall. It's a great base, ideally placed near everything you may want to see in the old town.

We felt thoroughly spoiled by all the thoughtful little touches. Complimentary coffee and fresh water, often with fruit, were always available in the foyer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our junior suite was stylish and comfortable. The central square is only a few minutes' walk away.
