Getting any rest was impossible. I could hear footsteps, plumbing, and loud conversations at all hours of the night. When I tried reaching the host several times about my concerns, I either got no response or rude, unhelpful replies. It felt like they stopped caring once they'd taken my money. The studio was damp and dirty, with a moldy smell from the moment I arrived. The floor stayed wet, and the whole place seemed neglected for months. The listing never said it was a dark, humid basement with no proper ventilation, which felt like false advertising. This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Book somewhere else; this place is a dump.

The room was cold and unclean, and there was black mold around the shower. Probably the worst place I've stayed.

The location worked well for us, close to the center but still quiet, and the apartment was ready and tidy when we arrived. Everything functioned properly. It was modern, spacious, and equipped as shown, with a big bathtub, a comfortable bed, and no bad odor. I'd worried about smells because of earlier reviews. There were a few small drawbacks: dust on the floor, a visibly worn sofa, and a bed that could be steadier, though none of that really affected our comfort. Good value for a few days in Poznań. A few points from other reviews may help. If the room feels cold, the underfloor heating needs to be put in manual mode and set to the desired temperature. Setting it to 30°C should bring it up to 27°C overnight. The room door can't be locked from inside, though the front entrance with the code is locked, so nobody can open that. Some people mention a musty smell; to me it was more like fresh paint, and a scented candle got rid of it. I left the service rating at zero because all arrangements are online, and I didn't have any on-site service experience.

The apartment was a disaster from the start: the entry code from the email didn't work, and reaching the basement unit was difficult because the connection kept dropping. Inside, the floor was dirty and the lamp had a layer of dust. There was someone's underwear in the closet, no hairdryer, and although there was a tea set, there wasn't even a kettle. The TV remote didn't work either. I don't recommend it, steer clear.
