SERENITY Residence

I’m in Poznan for only 2 nights and regret booking this very expensive, unfriendly aparthotel. I came from Dubai for a week-long family vacation in Poland, and “Serenity” gave us a very unaffordable deal. “Great” start to our holiday. Congratulations, Serenity. The main problem was that I booked for 2 adults + 1 toddler, but we got a room set up for only 2. There was a bed, towels, pillows, and a comforter for 2, and the comforter was so small. They said they don’t charge for kids, so they don’t provide items for them. I never asked for a discount or for anything to be free. I’m too tired to get into the rest. This was the most unfriendly experience I’ve ever had.

The apartment was clean and pleasant, and the price was okay. It’s an easy walk to the centre, so it’s a good choice for staying in Poznan.

There’s a free DIY laundry area on level 1, which was a nice extra. The apartment was bigger than I expected, with clean linen and a small kitchen with basic cooking utensils. I also loved the view from the hotel apartment. It’s convenient for walking to the old town.

Good central location, and there’s a washing machine available. The bathroom is very basic. There’s no AC, so in summer it could be quite unpleasant with only a fan.
