I paid 350 zl, around 80 euros, in advance for the most expensive apartment on the hotel's website and got a confirmation by email. The website said I'd receive an access code by SMS, but nobody sent one. I called the contact number and emailed them without getting a reply. After 15 calls, the number went straight to voicemail. I arrived in front of the hotel at midnight in the rain after a long trip, unable to get into the apartment I'd booked because I hadn't been given the code for the building or the key. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I want my money back. This is scandalous, and the people running this place deserve zero stars, which isn't an option.

I don't usually leave comments, but this deserves one. The apartment is fresh, clean and nice, and its central position is a real plus, with shops, restaurants and sights nearby. The WiFi was frustrating, though. The connection kept cutting out, making even a video call impossible. I'd suggest the housekeeper switch internet providers or change the tariff. Good luck with the business!

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but getting in was a struggle. I spent half an hour trying to figure out how to open the apartment door, then discovered the key was in the box. I'd just got off the train, tired and desperate to sleep, with no idea where to go or what to do. Please post instructions for collecting the key and there'll be five stars.

Right in the center, and the owners were really helpful. The standard is very high.
