The location is very good, but the service is another story. We were a little disappointed. Coming from abroad for a weekend, we found basic things missing, like shower gel, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dish soap, and a bread knife. Our room had no sea view, which might have made up for not having a balcony. Not every room has a balcony, and that wasn't mentioned in the description. We left a bag of belongings when we headed out early in the morning, and neither the rental company nor the cleaning team got back to us about what happened to it.

The apartment is well equipped and right by the beach, about 1 km from the center of Puck. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Puck.

I felt cheated by the booking. The many beautiful photos on Booking.com are well taken, but I had no idea which specific apartment I'd get. The description listed all the amenities, yet the one I received had no view or balcony, a noisy refrigerator, a very uncomfortable sofa bed, and no hand soap. Getting in was a problem too. I waited more than two hours for a callback.

Apartment A25 in building 27A. This isn't a hotel or boarding house. Each apartment has a different owner, so amenities and service can vary a lot, with no standardization. The location is not bad, but the electronic booking and check-in can leave first-time visitors unsure what to do with their time. The room's cleanliness is about four-star level at best: there were lots of cobwebs on the ceilings, and the terrace was covered in bird droppings and cobwebs. If you're driving, garage space #21 in the basement is cluttered with surfboards and bicycles. Because of the junk, my car stuck half a meter out into the driveway. Many people park by the fence in front of the hotel. There was a decent washer and dryer, but no laundry detergent at all. If you're arriving on a weekend when shops are closed, bring your own. There was no air conditioning either, which is a definite no-no for this price. Evening walks to the sea through the park meant our shoes were covered in dog feces every time. Lots of vacationers walk their dogs on the beach and in the park, and of course the owners don't clean up after them. In my opinion, the accommodation is overpriced for the service and amenities. At the current price, I'd look for somewhere more comfortable.
