The word that fits the whole stay is “solid.” The staff were polite and professional, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light. The bed was new and comfy, and breakfast tasted good. The lower-floor decor does deserve some of the complaints it gets, though. I was there for just one night, and it was a good one.

Clean, reasonably priced, and right in the city center. The view from the windows is quite nice too. Breakfast was okay.

The breakfast was poor. The hotel also feels as though it hasn't had many renovations since the communist era.

I’m on the fifth floor, which is new. The first four floors are old and look bad.

Isabella hotel feels old, and there aren't enough staff to make things comfortable.
