The dining hall was clean and well kept, and please don't buy extra food because the portions are more than you can eat. The staff were smiling and helpful. I also want to mention the manager, Monika G.: she's open, friendly, and attentive, and puts her whole heart into improving the resort. She organizes barbecues and bakes welcome cakes. I recommend her 1000%. I'd read several reviews before arriving, including one terrible one, so I drove to the center with my heart in my mouth, expecting awful, dirty rooms and bathrooms without doors. But after the exhausting trip of 1,046 km from Osnabrück, Germany, the first surprise was that the place didn't look so run-down from the outside. There was a beautiful view of the area, a large, safe playground for children, and parking. A very friendly lady greeted us and told us our room was on the third floor. I worried about my suitcase, then heard, "Easy, ladies, there's an elevator here!!!" Another nice surprise. Our room was clean and well maintained, with fresh linens, a shower, mugs, and a kettle. It had everything we needed for a stay of several days.
