We had a really relaxing stay, and I'd gladly return. The guesthouse was clean and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and had what we needed, and the hosts were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious, and the area was quiet and restful. Highly recommend.

The sleigh ride by torchlight and the evening in the cottage with highland music were the highlights for us. There was plenty of tasty food, including mulled wine, and the kids had a great time on the jungle gym. Our room was clean, well kept, and had a lovely view. The guesthouse was beautifully set up for the holiday season, and both breakfast and dinner were generous and delicious, with lots of choice at breakfast. We also enjoyed exploring Rabka, especially the park, thermal baths, and ice rink. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We were left feeling cold in every sense of the word. The owner dismissed our report about the lack of hot water, saying it couldn't be cold because no one else had complained. We were upset by that response and wouldn't recommend the place, especially since better options are available for a similar price. My boyfriend and I stayed for one night two weeks ago, arriving around midnight. The staff had left a key outside, which we appreciated. The room was cold, and the water stayed freezing in both the shower and sink no matter how long we ran it. There was no hairdryer either, which seems like a basic thing to have at this price. We didn't contact anyone that late, but spoke to the owner the next day. We had hoped for a small refund or a discount on a future stay, but got only an apology. I know it wasn't heating season, but at that price we expected to be comfortable.
