Hilton Garden Inn Radom

The central location made it easy to walk to restaurants, historical sites, and pharmacies. The hotel was practically spotless, and I found the staff friendly and helpful. They speak English, and the range of amenities made my stay very enjoyable. Amazing place.

Stayed in 2024. A perfect visit, with Hilton Gold recognition and a nice welcome snack waiting in the room.

We picked this hotel because of the Hilton name and stayed with our 4-month-old baby, but it didn’t live up to the quality we expected. A number of issues, some minor and some more significant, made us late to the important family gathering that was the main reason for our trip to Radom. After I raised my concerns, I had a constructive conversation with the hotel manager. They apologized sincerely and took steps to put things right. The stay was disappointing at first, but I appreciated the management’s professionalism. The hotel is still fairly new and seems to be working through growing pains. With good leadership continuing, it has real room to improve.

Hard to find anything negative to say, which is rare. It’s in the city center, has underground parking, and the new rooms are fresh-smelling and extremely well maintained. They’re better equipped than most Western European hotel rooms, with an ironing board, Smeg fridge, and kettle. The restaurant was just as good. I ordered my usual dishes, tartare and steak, and both were exquisite. The food balances traditional cooking with some creative touches, and the service was kind and knowledgeable. I left feeling very content. The whole place seems to run smoothly. 10/10, and I hope it stays this way!
