Artis Loft Hotel

The food was absolutely delicious, and the spa was a lovely place to unwind after a long day of travel. For my first night in Poland, this was a perfect choice. The hotel is conveniently located for the airport, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

We came to Poland for the first time, so I can't really comment on the area. It was very convenient for our first night, though, just half an hour from the airport. The spa was lovely, our room was clean and nice, and the food was delicious.

The breakfast had plenty to choose from and was amazing. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, too. We were grateful they let us check in overnight, between night and morning, since not every hotel offers that. I hope we get to return in spring or summer. The garden looks really charming :)

The room they gave us, with a living room and bedroom, wasn't working out for our family, so we had to squeeze in together. We were a couple with four small children, and had booked two rooms with a connecting door. I'd also messaged twice beforehand to confirm, and the hotel said there'd be no problem and they'd prepare those rooms. But when we arrived, they said the hotel had no such rooms and offered to find us another hotel if we weren't happy. I refused. When we returned at 10 pm that day, our room still wasn't ready. We had to go down to reception to ask about it, and were told they'd forgotten to arrange it. The shower handle was broken, and my wife got stuck inside because she couldn't get out. There was hardly any water flow either. They warned us a wedding would be taking place at the hotel and that it might be noisy, and gave us earplugs. The staff weren't professional enough, hardly knew English, and were very difficult to communicate with. The reception director made lots of promises that all turned out to be lies, and wouldn't let me speak to another manager. A huge disappointment. Don't come close!!!
