The apartments were clean and had everything we needed, and everything was close by. Getting information on arrival by text and email was straightforward. I especially appreciated how easy it was to reach the manager's office. Best wishes to Ms. Agnieszka, who even replied to my text inquiry over the weekend. Whenever I called with a question, I never felt like I was intruding or being a nuisance. I'd happily recommend the place and will definitely come back.

The apartment was modern, well equipped, and set in a quiet neighborhood close to the observation deck. It’s also in a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the security deposit came back without any trouble. I recommend it.

Everything was handled over the phone, and contact with the owner was very good. The place was clean and in a great location. My only small gripe is the 20 PLN daily parking charge for one car. I don't really understand it, but I suppose that's how it is. There's also a 500 PLN deposit payable into your account after check-out, returned within 7 days as long as you leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived. 😊
