We ended up having to find somewhere else in a hurry, after the man handling the keys refused to rent us the apartment. My partner went to collect them and was told to wait while the gentleman filled out paperwork. Then he demanded 35 złoty. I had forgotten the cash in the car, so my partner asked to pay by card, but the man shouted at him for not having cash. My partner explained he could bring the money later because I was in the car with our three children, including our tired, crying two-year-old. The man insisted it had to be paid immediately. When my partner said he'd bring it later, he told him to get lost and wouldn't rent to us. The couple who eventually rented us a house were shocked by the story, as was the woman from Booking.com when we reported what happened. How can someone act like that when they know there's a small child with us? I've never encountered such rude and incompetent behavior. I don't recommend these apartments to anyone.

The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully lit and kept quiet at night, with a high standard of facilities and an excellent location right by the beach. Most other reviews and impressions are positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. My three stars are because the manager's behavior spoils the atmosphere. He's unpleasant, lazy and impolite, and seems unwilling to cooperate. He answers with just “yes” or “no,” shutting down any conversation. Check-in and phone calls can feel like dealing with someone at the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) or Tax Office. I recommend the owner replace the manager.

New, lovely apartments in a great spot near the sea. The host was great too. 👍

The apartments were spacious, very clean and comfortable, with parking and a balcony. The bedroom bed was comfortable, and having air conditioning in every room was a godsend in the heat. Staff were very friendly, and you're close to the sea, shops, restaurants and the center. The price felt fair for the location, amenities and cleanliness. I'd recommend it. The only thing I missed was a microwave, though it's easy enough to manage without one. 😛
