We spent two nights at the hotel. The food was really good, the views were fine, the rooms were clean, and it’s very close to the sea. In general, it was a good stay, though other guests put us off quite a bit. The young waiter in the dining room was especially cool and caring, and that seemed to be where the best service was. Our beds were average and very old. There were no bins in the room, and not enough power sockets near the bed. We weren’t asked how our stay was, which I think should be standard these days. I had complaints about some of the guests, who seemed to be mostly from the western border rather than local. In the pool area, people undressed completely in front of their own children and other kids, even though the changing room was only 10m down the stairs. Some people, us included, looked disgusted, but nobody, including the staff, seemed to care. In the dining room, those same guests took food out with them, and I saw a couple kissing there. That shouldn’t happen. The food was great, but if coffee is paid, there should be cups next to it in the morning. I’m not sure what a 3-star hotel is meant to offer, but the coffee setup was missing that basic thing. I also couldn’t figure out where the pool (billiard) was. The description mentioned a bar, but when I asked, I was told alcohol could be bought in zabka. Some rooms apparently have channel 903 on the television and some don’t. I mentioned it to the service, but they didn’t seem to know how to fix it. I can’t see why else it would be available in only some rooms. I left a weak 4/5, since 3/5 would definitely be too low for a 3-star hotel.
