Blizniak nad Morzem

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the beach is 1200 meters away through a beautiful forest. There's also a well-stocked shop just a stone's throw away. What a vacation this was, one of the best of my LIFE! The unusual architecture really captures your imagination, and spending time in this majestic apartment is a pleasure. Wooden finishes and beautiful Persian rugs give it the feel of a palace fit for the princes of Pomerania. The tiled bathrooms brought Greek baths to mind, and the kitchenette made it possible to prepare inventive, exquisite dishes. The spacious garden rivaled the Warsaw bathrooms in its splendor. I'll definitely return. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

About the owner's reply to my review of this "Bliźniak nad morzem": I won't remove it, because what I wrote is fully credible. We didn't leave early because of bad weather, but because the conditions there are simply poor. And about that distance to the beach, I walked it specifically with a pedometer, which showed exactly 1400m from the cottage to the beach. Calling a funny little cabinet with a sink and a two-burner electric stove a "kitchenette" is another issue.

We stayed at this house, but I can't recommend it, especially for a family with children. The only thing we didn't notice was a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It's far from the sea unless you drive, which would be quick. The owner is nice, but someone needs to be hired to clean, or fired if there's already a cleaner. Fortunately, the bedding was clean. There was a musty smell, torn beds, and dirt and dust everywhere. The fridge had old, smelly food in it. It looks like no renovation work has happened in decades. We only stayed because there was no other accommodation available and our visit was short. Otherwise, we wouldn't have stayed.

We managed to last three nights only because we were out all day. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and there were cobwebs, spiders, flies, and other vermin all over the house. Even with every window open, there was a bad smell throughout. The woman who rented it to us was nice, but that was the only positive. We made a quick long-weekend trip to the seaside and this was the only house we could find a spot in. I don't recommend it.
