The owners were super helpful, and it’s an amazing place near the beach.

The positives were cleanliness, a playground on the property, parking, and a small fridge in the room. But I was disappointed, especially after reading the positive reviews. With two children, we found the room tiny and hard to manage. The description called it spacious, but it was really a double room with a sofa in the middle, leaving no room to move around or sit comfortably. There was only one wardrobe and nowhere else for our things. We had no towels or even shower gel, which I consider standard. After a long journey, we had to put on the duvet covers and pillowcases and make the beds ourselves. I’ve never come across that elsewhere. The sink has a strange tap connected to a garden hose shower with a heater, which made bathing difficult. When the shower was running, there was no water in the garden, and vice versa. The water pressure was very weak, too. The beach and store are quite far away. The room was so small that it was hard to talk on the phone comfortably in the evening. The shared kitchen and hallway weren’t comfortable places for calls either, and the owner didn’t seem to care. It wasn’t cheap, and I don’t understand the rave reviews. I’m glad we only stayed for a weekend, because I can’t imagine a longer stay.

The whole place was spotless, from the rooms to the rest of the property. Both the location and service get a 10/10 from me. Highly recommend!

KOJA is in a fairly peaceful spot, and nights were quiet. If you have small children and want to be extra sure they won't be woken, ask for a garden-facing room. The route outside is a pedestrian path between nearby holiday homes, not a regular car road. The beach is close, as are the town center, attractions, and restaurants. There's a Dino store 600 meters away. The room was clean and came with glasses, cutlery, plates, a TV, and a beach screen. The shared kitchen is well equipped, and parking is on site behind a locked gate. The owners were consistently polite and helpful, and the service was very good. I'm probably forgetting a few little things, but I enjoyed it enough that I'd happily come back next year.
