The room was clean, and I really enjoyed the good black coffee. Everyone on staff was polite and pleasant. Everything was great, though I would suggest adding slippers.

I only had a short stay, but it was very pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean, and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. My one small issue was the poor sound insulation. I could hear the whole conversation in the next room, though to be fair, those guests were very loud. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The reception was five-star. They even gave me an iPhone charger, and the view of Rzeszow was great.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its central location in Rzeszow, right beside Graffica outlet, with a bus stop just across from the entrance. The outlet has lots of clothing shops, a small supermarket, a food cafe, and a cake and coffee cafe. It was convenient to grab a meal, buy food and water for the hotel, or just walk around the stores. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with pleasant, light decor, and the mattress was okay. The room was too hot for me, and the air conditioner didn't help much, though I'm not sure it was working properly. Having a fridge and tea and coffee facilities was useful. I didn't have breakfast or order any food, so I can't comment on that. For a stay longer than two nights, I think I'd choose an apartment instead. It was a good stay.

The breakfast at Ukrainska chata was the one real bright spot. Otherwise, this was disappointing even for a 3-star hotel. The shower ran low on hot water, so the next person had to wait for it to heat up, and the TV was there as furniture since it didn't work.
