Apartamenty 58 Czarny Groń

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It works perfectly for two adults and two children: downstairs there are two bedrooms, a large living room with a table and corner sofa, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs are two more beds and another bathroom, so six people can sleep there easily. The main drawback is the distance from the main hotel “Czarny Groń”. Friends staying there with two children found it quite a walk, and we had to walk over in the evening to have a drink with them. They also weren’t told when booking that the pool area could be used, and had to pay for entry each time. As far as they said, breakfast and dinner can’t be bought as a package either. These seem like small details, but I think they should be explained clearly at booking.

The cottage is divided into four sections and feels like a 3-4 star hotel for comfort. There are good hiking and biking trails nearby. It’s a bit of a climb up to the hotel and restaurant, but we had bikes. You can ride uphill hungry and come back full without turning the pedals once, with a smile on your face. Having a second bathroom upstairs was a big plus.

Each apartment has its own freestanding wood-burning stove, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen, terrace, and storage for skis and bikes. The hotel is a bit far away if you choose the meal plan option. Highly recommended!

The apartment has a big living room and sleeps four, so it’s great for two families. The dishwasher didn’t work, and the main building with the spa is 750 meters away. Still, it’s a really nice place.
