For 70 złoty per person, it was okay, but Itak's place has issues. There was a strong, unpleasant vinegar smell when we came in, dirt beneath the beds, and the plates and cutlery hadn’t been washed. We also had no hot water in the morning.

The rooms were okay for the low price, but the water stayed cold. The owner said on the phone it had been turned off and would heat up in 30 minutes. I waited 40 and it was still cold, and it was cold again in the morning. The following day I got a message saying there had been a malfunction. I can’t recommend it.

We stayed two nights during the week. The room was clean and the pillowcases were clean too, but the lamp on the table wouldn’t connect. The bath felt like a toilet bowl, and the shower head was broken. Upstairs neighbors woke us at 5 a.m. each day. The shared kitchen was poorly equipped: no knife for slicing rolls, dirty burnt pots and pans with peeling coating, and a broken lid replaced with a bent jar lid. The building felt like a typical workers' place.

This might work for a single night if you arrive in the evening and leave in the morning. Parking was okay, and so were the owners. During the week it’s a typical workers’ hotel, with smelly work boots left in the hallway so it’s hard to get through. The cottage is very small for five rented rooms, with one kitchen, one yard seating area, and one TV shared by five families. The attic room was tiny, with three beds squeezed in, and the little bathroom had no ventilation and only one towel hook for three people. I don’t recommend it.
