Room 1.5 had a strong chemical smell. Maybe something had been glued or a cleaning product had spilled, but our friends in the second room said theirs smelled normal. The receptionist denied there was an odor and wouldn't come in to check. He wasn't sympathetic or willing to help solve it. In the double room there was just one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. There's no kettle in the room either. You can make coffee in the kitchen downstairs, but carrying cups of boiling water up the stairs from the basement to a room on the first floor or higher felt awkward and dangerous. The place was clean and well located, but I probably wouldn't recommend it. We don't plan to stay again.

The only small snag was the kettle. You can borrow one from reception, though, so it's really only an issue if you're picky :P They offered a vase for my bouquet before I even had to ask, which was such a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly, the room was spotless and looked unworn, and the location was very good. Great value for the money, and I'd happily recommend it.

The room was spotless, with a clean bathroom and comfortable beds, and the place is close to the town square. We paid 150 PLN for a double room for one night, booked directly through a booking agent, which felt like very good value. The staff were fantastic, happy to offer advice and even guide us around when the street was closed for Father Mateusz's filming. I recommend staying here.

I've stayed here twice now, and somehow it seems better each time. The staff are always so kind and ready to help. There's a kitchenette available, so sorting out meals is easy, and the rooms are a high standard. The location is fantastic too. This place deserves six stars, and I highly recommend it.
