They charged 550 PLN for a stay from 4 PM check-in to 8 AM checkout, just 16 hours. The jacuzzi was another 250 PLN, and we even had to light the fire ourselves. Upstairs, the bed was broken on the right side and sagged in the middle. Water was coming through the roof and onto the floor. I had told them I’d bring my dog, but they said I hadn’t and demanded 100 PLN for it. I paid cash when we left. We said goodbye after I handed over the money, then they claimed I hadn’t paid. If you don’t want to waste money and feel humiliated, pick one of the much cheaper all-inclusive hotels by the lake nearby.

The view from this bright dome is lovely, even on a cloudy day, and the natural light is great. But it’s hard to imagine staying here with more than two people. There are no wardrobes, just two IKEA chests of drawers, and no proper coat hook, which I guess comes with glamping. The place seems clean, though there are cobwebs under the sofa and damp, moldy spots on the bathroom towel rack. Sleeping upstairs is a problem. The mezzanine mattress has awful ups and downs and springs throughout, and a night on it can leave you barely able to function. The sofa is worn too, but at least you can sleep on it. The floor by the toilet sags, and in heavy rain water gets inside and collects in little puddles under the windows. This isn't condensation, since it happens in rain, not when it's freezing. The SMEG kettle might suit someone who likes stone teas. The sauna guests and staff pass by the side while people are eating, though they’re very courteous and turn their backs to the diners. A hot tub bath is an interesting experience, and teaches patience, humility, and how to keep your sense of humor in situations that seem difficult and dangerous. Temperature sensors for the water, maybe the kind you can get on a Chinese website for a few zlotys, would help a lot and might make the bath price seem less amusing and more reasonable. Service is unsettling. You can make arrangements and pay someone one day, then they disappear the next. In conversation, the owner gives the impression that he’s trying to hide who he is so guests won’t ask for anything. It’s all a kind of folklore worth experiencing.

The cottage was tiny, cozy, and spotless, with a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The kids didn't want to leave, and we had a great time, even though it was far below ground level and meant a long flight of stairs. It could've been warmer, but luckily I had brought a heater. The service was friendly, and the gentleman at reception helped us with our luggage. We’ll definitely return. 😊

The forest by the Narew River is a lovely setting, and the dome fits in well with the natural feel of the place. There’s plenty of parking, the rooms were clean, and the small kitchen was practical and well equipped. Mr. Krystian at reception was wonderful, even bringing salt to our cottage after 10 p.m. 🤭😅 The wooden bed on the mezzanine has a badly sunken mattress, so it wasn’t suitable for sleeping. Guests need to sleep as well as enjoy the nature, and the living-room sofa was much more comfortable. The floor by the toilet sags and should be replaced. I also missed having a large blanket to curl up with on the sofa and read on a chilly evening. 😊

We booked the sauna for a set time, but waited nearly an hour before we could get in. Nobody told us what was going on or apologized. The whole thing was disorganized and unprofessional, and we lost time we’d set aside to relax. The staff were rude and incompetent, speaking to us in an arrogant, dismissive way, as if we were a nuisance. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience and the worst kind of “relaxation.” I definitely don’t recommend the place. Avoid it.
