The apartment was cozy and spotless, and the location worked really well. Next door there’s an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt cave. I’d definitely recommend it.

Our reservation was for August 11th to August 15th through Booking.com, and we had to pay the full amount up front. It was my first time booking this way, and I hadn’t realized the fee was non-refundable. My son got sick overnight from Sunday to Monday and couldn’t come. I called the property, but the call was forwarded to another number. The woman who answered understood and tried to help, and said she’d pass my number to the owner. I never heard back, and there was no way to contact the owner directly. I wasn’t expecting all the money back, just a partial refund, but they refused even that. Illness isn’t something you plan for, and I think people should try to work things out. Almost 2,500 PLN was lost. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed by the way this was handled.

The complex has several apartment buildings, with some still being built. There’s a pool, saunas, salt cave, and jacuzzi in a separate building overlooking the pool. In the off-season, only a few restaurants are open, though there are plenty of popular supermarkets nearby. The beach is an easy walk away. From apartment i24 on the second floor of Pięć Morz, the view is of summer houses and housing estates, with windmills in the distance. For four people, the apartment seemed warm and well stocked at first, for either winter or summer. It had a washing machine, fold-out drying rack, iron and board, vacuum, balcony furniture and deck chairs, lots of storage, and a capsule coffee machine, though no capsules. But there were several problems: the dishwasher was dirty and left dishes sticky, some cupboard dishes and cups weren’t clean, the kitchen tap leaked, and one hob ring didn’t work. The bathroom smelled of an old mop and dirty cloth, the kitchen wall cabinet lifters were broken, and the floor wasn’t cleaned well enough, as our socks showed on day one. Given the extra 250 PLN cleaning charge, the place hadn’t been cleaned properly for the next guests.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was well equipped, peaceful, and in a great spot near the sea. I’d recommend it.
