The room was clean, comfortable, and just as expected, and the night manager got us settled quickly when we arrived around midnight. He was professional and explained everything we needed to know. But the next morning, the breakfast we'd discussed and agreed on during check-in was refused. The morning staff weren't helpful, so we had to leave and find food elsewhere. It's frustrating to have a service promised at midnight and then be turned away at 8:00 AM. The hotel itself is nice, but management's verbal agreements aren't being passed along or honored. I'd hesitate to stay again if I needed dependable service. Updated: Calling it fraud is unprofessional and tactless. I'm describing what happened as accurately as I can.

The beds were very comfortable, the WiFi was strong, and the rooms were well equipped and spotless. Soundproofing was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. Great value for the money, highly recommended.

Pawel is the real deal in hospitality. He's authentic, friendly, and goes out of his way to help. I've stayed in more than 200 hotels in my life, and only around three have given me an experience like this. Pawel has won awards, and he deserves them. They also have apartments, so ask about those at the hotel. Honestly, he should be teaching people how to work in hospitality.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel parking just behind the building was free and secure. Service was quick and pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were very good.

I've eaten at the restaurant many times, and the food has always been good. I usually order the set with soup, a main dish, and dessert. This time, at the end, the girl charged me more than I expected for the dessert. I asked why, since I'd ordered the dessert included in my set, not one from the menu. The reply below is incorrect about what I ordered. Anyway, I won't be coming back.
