The shared kitchen area was disgusting, with used towels and bedding left where food was being prepared. When I arrived, the room was filthy too: the cabinets were dirty, there was hair on the sheets, and the surfaces were sticky. I’d booked by phone and paid by BLIK just 15 minutes before arriving. After checking in, I tried to cancel, but the owner was rude and arrogant and refused to refund me, saying this was “not a reason to cancel.” After we left, she put the same room back up for sale without refunding our stay. The photos show the shared kitchen area, including dirty sheets, towels, and sticky floors. I don’t know what the sanitary inspectorate would make of this. I absolutely don’t recommend it. The room was dirty and the service unprofessional.

I was there in December, and at 110 PLN you won’t find anything better around Krakow. I stayed just one night, but both the contact and the stay were definitely positive. There was parking, a grill, and a modern bathroom. Great place.

After I reported the dirty room, the staff told me it was clean. The rooms smelled of food, and they were dirty and hadn’t been prepared. There was hair on the sheets, visible dirt, and a sticky floor. The sheets already looked slept in as soon as I walked into the room, as the photo shows. The shared areas were dirty too, with crumbs everywhere and a dirty floor. I definitely do not recommend this place!

You can get your keys from a special coded locker, and they send text messages explaining what to do and where to go. There’s parking at the bottom, then you take the stairs to the second floor. The location isn’t great: you have to go down the mountain, and Google takes you into an alley and then down a dirt road. The room is small, but fine for a night. It’s clean and has hot water, a shower, and a mini kitchen, so you can sleep, shower, and make some noodles. A very good option for the money.
