Apartament Nina

Really top-notch!

I've ended up staying here several times after finding it by chance. It's the only apartment in the building, so it's peaceful, and I can always find a parking spot. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, with everything needed in the kitchen and a really good bed upstairs. It has two levels, which gives it even more space. Ms. Nina was easy to reach and got back to me quickly. The exit 81 is only about 150 meters away, so getting back to the DK or S bus is quick.

The house's location worked really well for Skoczów and for trips around the area, and the underfloor heating made it feel especially cozy in the current weather. We were grateful for the lovely conditions and think our hostess has now fully recovered. We felt at ease from the start thanks to the excellent service and clear help with all the apartment's many features. The decor is thoughtful and pleasant, with photos, paintings, and little ornaments throughout. There are three balconies or terraces, two downstairs with tables and a dining table, plus a smaller one off the bedroom. The apartment is spread over two floors in a house that also has offices and study rooms. Downstairs, the hallway has a built-in wardrobe and comfortable seating, and the roomy living area has a kitchenette. There's a corner sofa bed for two, another fold-out sofa bed for one, two small sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table by the TV nook. Everything looked to be in excellent shape. I don't agree with another review saying things were falling apart. The kitchen has a table for six and all the basics, including a refrigerator, electric hob, small oven, dishwasher, and sink. Everything worked, and supplies like dishwasher tablets, detergent, and garbage bags were there too. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and a TV, with a very comfortable chaise longue in the open area outside it. There are two bathrooms. One downstairs has a bathtub with Jacuzzi and hydromassage jets; the one upstairs has a shower with hydromassage jets. Both had everything we needed, even toothbrushes. We honestly hadn't expected the place to be this nice.

Nina is such a kind owner. The apartment is charming, spotless, very spacious, and in a great spot.
