Breakfast was a highlight: bread, scrambled eggs, cheese, fruit and yogurt. The room was new and clean, but ours was small, especially the bathroom, and the toilet flush felt weak. The rooms use unusual labels like 1A and 1B instead of numbers such as 103 or 105. The hallway was dark, with three extra steps to get to this section, and we could hear doors opening and people talking. I think they have nicer rooms too, maybe if you spend more. You don't actually need to enter a Wi-Fi code.

The sounds from outside, inside and the vents made the place feel haunted. I was really uneasy, and the beds made my whole body itch. It felt straight out of a horror movie. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bathroom has mold and the doors don't close, and there wasn't any air. We also found an iPhone 7 case under the mattress, which made us think the sheets hadn't been changed. I woke up in the middle of the night when someone seemed to be trying to get into our room. I felt watched and didn't feel safe at all. The place felt like a horror movie.

The reception staff were friendly and offered my family free breakfast to make up for the room mix-up. I had booked a room with disability access a month ahead, but on arrival they said it wasn't available because of a technical problem. Instead, I got a small, dingy room under the roof, with a constant hum from nearby ventilation. My father-in-law struggles with stairs, and the room I'd reserved had direct elevator access, while this one required climbing several steps. The restaurant takes cash only, and its Euro to PLN exchange rate wasn't good. There was a conference at the hotel when I arrived. Parking is free and medium-sized.

We chose this hotel for its location and jacuzzi, while biking from Berlin to Poland for fun. The place was stylish, clean and really comfortable, and the staff were accommodating when speaking English. The restaurant food was great, though the staff seemed stressed and service took a while.
