The surroundings and infrastructure are great, and the restaurant serves delicious food. The rooms are a little old, but very clean. Miss Ola at reception was incredibly helpful and handled all my requests in no time. I really appreciated that!

We came for a Ladies SPA weekend, and the staff at reception, the restaurant, and the bar were all super friendly and helpful. Marta at reception and Ewa from housekeeping deserve a special mention for getting us into our room well before regular check-in. That meant we could change, put on bathrobes for our massages, and leave our things there. My massage was OK. The woman adjusted the pressure, so my back got proper attention, though the rest of my body didn’t as much. My friend was very disappointed with her massage, which was done by a man. The next day we both had facial treatments, one moisturising and one lifting, and were happy with the service. The restaurant food is tasty. My friend loved the pasta with oyster mushroom and spinach, and the lava cake was delicious. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. It was handy that they asked how we wanted to pay and gave us separate bills, so we didn’t have to work it out ourselves. The rooms are clean, but both they and the building could use renovation. The wellness area has a small gym, dry sauna, and a pool with pleasantly warm water. It can get crowded depending on the time of day and how many guests are there. There isn’t much to do outdoors nearby, so this place suits a relaxing break with beauty treatments like ours.

The room was cozy, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and pet friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Some very loud guests woke us at 3 a.m. and kept us up until 4. The woman at reception couldn't speak English, so it was hard to explain what we wanted. At checkout, the man at reception spoke English and Russian. All in all, a good place to stay.

The pool was nice, but there was nowhere to sit or any lounge chairs, and I couldn’t tell whether they offered towels. The breakfast was good too, though with one slow coffee machine for more than 40 diners, the line was long, especially when people took two cups each. The rooms were hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning or fans to help on the hottest summer days. Opening the windows brought in swarms of mosquitos. There were plenty of spiders in the room, which my girlfriend is very afraid of. Everyone ate outside because the dining rooms were too hot, but there was nothing outside to keep the mosquitos away, so we got bitten while eating any time after noon. The front desk staff were as accommodating as they could be, but every department seemed understaffed because of the pandemic, especially evening check-in and the restaurant. Evening food and drinks were OK, but overpriced for mediocre quality. The shrimp kopytka tasted freezer burnt, and the tomato sauce smothering the kopytka tasted canned. A whole bottle of Aperol costs what they charge for one Aperol Spritz, enough to make Warsaw bartenders blush. The restaurant was so short-staffed that nobody checked on the food or drinks, and we had to find a busboy to take our room number so dinner could be charged to the room. There are other spa hotels in the area where a little more money gets you a lot more quality.
