Cicha Zdrój

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, so I enjoyed my stay. The property is in a very good location. There were a few drawbacks, though: the cafe was closed, the rooms felt cramped, and there weren’t many shelves or hangers. The walls are thin enough that you can hear everything in the hallway.

The owner really made the stay for us, she was kind and helpful, and had good suggestions for places nearby. Breakfast was a delicious, varied buffet, and they promptly refilled anything that ran out. Our room was cozy and carefully furnished, with lovely bedding and very comfortable mattresses. We spent five nights here and would gladly come back. There were also pretty, well-kept flowers by the entrance. 😊 Highly recommend.

I was here for one night in June with my bike. Great value for the price, and there’s a room where you can store your bike.

The coffee was good, but the service was awful. The woman serving us today didn’t answer when we said “good morning” or “thank you,” and handed over two coffees without a word. Then she went out back with her phone, leaving the cafe full of people in the heat. There was air conditioning, but it wasn’t on, and I’m not sure if it worked. A friendly woman tried to make up for the first impression, but it had already stuck. In a place like this, service matters at least half the experience. I can’t recommend it. Go for coffee at the competition on Leśna Street and see how to welcome people so they’ll want to return.
