We stayed at Sun & Snow from May 19-21, 2023. We had booked other activities, but troubleshooting the apartment took up our time until 1 p.m. on a short trip, where every hour mattered. With no car, I was left outside with my dog and suitcases while my partner went to a key exchange point about 25 minutes away. No one looked after us, and nobody even apologized when we returned the keys. The apartment had neither heating nor hot water. We reported it to the agency that evening. The next day they told us to wait for a repair technician until 11:00 AM, then said it couldn't be fixed and moved us to another apartment. We also weren't told about the dog fee beforehand. We'd paid around 900 PLN for two nights, then were told at key pickup to pay another 100 PLN for the dog. That's outrageous. We could have chosen somewhere else where the dog stayed free. We understand emergencies happen, but leaving my girlfriend, her dog, and her suitcases on the street was unbelievably unprofessional. Sun&Snow treated us irresponsibly and inhumanely. It caused a lot of stress and anxiety and ruined what became the worst vacation of our lives. We've never experienced anything like it. The way we were treated was unacceptable, unprofessional, and reprehensible. No hot water, no heating.

We got an email three (!) days after leaving the nice-looking apartment we rented at Chopina 7 in Sopot. It claimed we'd damaged a kitchen countertop and that repairs cost more than the deposit. We had two children with us, ate outside apart from a small breakfast, and didn't have any parties there. The counter might have been damaged before we arrived, or during the three days after we left. Sun & Snow couldn't show that it happened during our stay, but we still didn't get the PLN 300 deposit back. In the end, the stay cost us PLN 300 more, and we came away thinking we should have stayed in a hotel.

We'd recently found out that Sopot has its own charm in winter, without the tourist crowds and with a pleasant, almost Christmas-like feel. The apartment was cozy, warm, nicely furnished, and really pleasant. Staff caused no problems and even went out of their way to help us collect the keys. I highly recommend it :)

The organization was a plus, and the apartment was pleasant and spacious. But the bedroom was a real downside. After the first night we took the mattress off and slept on the floor because the bed creaked so badly it drowned out my husband's snoring.

Great! Chopina 7/1 is almost 90m², with a living room and 2 bedrooms. Chopina 7/5 is 104m², with a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Both are excellent Art Nouveau-style apartments! Best to book by phone and make sure which apartment you're renting: Sun&Snow in Sopot 606466002 and 882055088.
