Our reservation was canceled just two hours before we were due to arrive, and getting hold of the staff was difficult. They only told us by email and returned none of our calls, so I had to contact the property myself to ask why and whether there was another option. After a long discussion, they offered us a hotel in a completely different area, two hours from the city center. They didn't offer any specific or reasonable compensation for the stress, lost time, and extra costs. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. It showed no professionalism, empathy, or responsibility.

We stayed in July 2024 and the place met our expectations. It was clean and modern, with air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The bathroom had towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. There was also an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner, so it worked well for a few days or a work trip. The beach is a few minutes away, and the train station is close too. With the windows shut, we couldn't hear the noise. Our particular room wasn't very suitable for remote work, though, as there was no desk or table.

Calling this an apartment? The pillows and sheets were dirty, and there were only two towel sets for four people. Breakfast was awful too, just bread rolls delivered in a bag. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
