The friendly staff, tidy rooms, and really comfortable bed were all good points. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to the room when I wrote this review. The windows were soundproof, which helped a lot with the heavy traffic. The biggest issue was the noise. The building is right in the middle of Sopot, and it was terribly noisy from early morning until around 11:00 PM. You can’t know that when booking blindly, so it should be mentioned in the room description. That would help people choose another room with the same hotelier. There was no kitchenette, which isn’t necessarily a must, but at least a small fridge would be useful. Traveling with a small child, I often find a refrigerator a lifesaver. A few things were neither good nor bad for me: it’s a 15-minute walk to the Sopot Pier, there aren’t any pubs near the accommodation, and there were no brochures in the room about places to visit in Sopot or what’s worth seeing. That last detail may be minor, but it matters to me. I’m giving three stars because I hope these issues will be fixed over time.
