The location was what drew me in, but the room and service were disappointing. I asked about extra charges when booking and wasn’t told about the 25 PLN fee, which only came up when I arrived to pay. The room was dirty: food and sauce were left on the plates, there was hair on the bed linen, and limescale was coming off the shower. We were told that if it got on us while washing, that was our problem. We ran out of toilet paper for a day and got none when we asked. Cooking was hard too, with no salt or utensils, and only two forks for two people.

The owner was polite and came right over after I called. The place was spotless, and you can walk to the sea, the opera house, and the city center. The room was compact but comfortable, with a kitchenette, bathroom, TV, and a good bed. I recommend it.

The tabletop was sticky, while the chairs, remote, and refrigerator were dusty or dirty. The room hadn’t been cleaned carefully.

The room size, nearby shop, Sopot Wyścigi station, and in-room kitchenette were the main reasons to stay here. The kitchenette was handy, although a kettle and two-burner induction hob would have been better. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, and I suspect it’s more than 20 years old. Wi-Fi was so weak that I could rarely even look up nearby attractions. After just one use, the towels smelled awful.
