Aqua Sopot Hotel

Hotel Aqua is in a terrific spot. You can walk through old woodland, down some steps, to the sandy beach and the Baltic, and the railway station is only a few minutes away for trains to Gdañsk or Gdynia. Breakfast was very well provided, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, though it might be tricky for someone with limited mobility. There’s a restaurant, but check first that it’s available.

The rooms were a little small, but everything else was good. We felt very welcome, and Adam at reception was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We also ate at the hotel restaurant twice and really enjoyed it.

I booked the room late for my son and me because of a friend’s 50th birthday party at the hotel. It was perfectly clean and tidy, and the staff were kind the whole time. At 5:00 in the morning I ran out of coffee, so I asked the receptionist for more coffee and fresh milk. He brought them straight away. Thanks to everyone for making it such a lovely day. I’ll definitely come back when I visit my Polish friends from Spain. Hopefully see you in summer. Gracias.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the hotel felt peaceful and cozy despite being close to central Sopot. It’s near the beach, with lovely forest surroundings, so it worked really well for a proper rest. My room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and looked out over the trees. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread and cakes baked every day and great coffee. Honestly, I’d call this a four-star hotel. I’ve stayed in places rated four stars that weren’t as good or as clean. Thanks for a lovely stay, I’ll be back :)
