The restaurant stood out for me. The food was incredibly delicious, and waitress Olga knew the menu well and gave spot-on dinner recommendations. She was friendly and thoughtful, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Hotel Sopot was peaceful and cozy, with clean, comfortable rooms that were nicely arranged. The staff were polite and attentive, and the convenient parking made arriving by car easy. I'd love to come back, and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

Having a private sauna right in my room made the stay feel relaxing and special. It's a rare amenity, and it gave the experience a real high-end feel. Everything about the hotel was excellent, too. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and Dominica at the front desk was especially welcoming and made check-in easy.

The breakfast drinks were poor quality, especially for a breakfast costing 90zl / 20€. We ate breakfast outside on the second day because of that. The fitness room was overrated. We booked a weekend away from the kids and the rooms were cozy, with nice decor, though a bit overdone. The breakfast food was good, and the Christmas sweets were a nice gesture.

The view from the window was panoramic and beautiful, and the food was delicious. Staff were kind throughout our stay. They let the three of us check in six hours early because we were tired and had arrived too soon. That was really helpful and kind, and I appreciated it.
