The food and service were a disaster. The meat and bread were semi-dry, and the juices were so watered down they could've been plain water. There’s no A/C or mosquito nets in the rooms, either. It feels like they save money by cutting into guests' comfort and giving them a poor stay. I can't understand how they're still in business. I'm not coming back. You can get much better food and a much better experience for less money. Avoid it.

We had a good day and the venue was great for the conference. The food, though, wasn't up to expectations.

We've been coming here about once a year and have always left happy. Our last visit was in January, lovely despite the frosty weather. The rooms are clean and spacious, the meals are varied and very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a great spot, away from the noisy pier area but still close to the iconic Bar Przystań. A good place to relax and get some fresh sea air.

We spent a week here with our family and didn't find any downsides. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the food was excellent, with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Everyone was very friendly, too. It's close to the sea and city center, and there's a large private parking lot. We highly recommend it and will definitely return. 🙂
