The rooms were clean, and the bed was quite big, though not comfortable. They don’t clean the rooms or change towels every day, only when you check out. Breakfast was quite good, with a choice of scrambled eggs or an omelette, plus bread, cheese, and spreads. The check-in was a terrible experience. The door is locked, so you have to call to get the code and room number. I called twice and nobody answered. Then a Polish girl called because she also wanted to check in, and they answered right away. I tried again and got no answer. It wasn’t until my boyfriend called, after a long wait, that they finally picked up. Also, be aware there are no parking spaces available. There’s only city parking, which is quite expensive.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and I’ll definitely come back to Arthotel Lalala. It’s a great spot for a romantic getaway, an inspiring vacation, or a weekend with some unique experiences. This isn’t a typical hotel, it’s a place where you can experience art in everyday life, with its own soul and artistic atmosphere.
