I went to look at apartments here as an investment, but the place felt oddly cramped, with everything squeezed in. The apartments aren't particularly high standard, and there are better options at similar prices.

The building is beautifully designed and right next to the Forest Opera. Just beautiful and comfortable. The underground parking is great, too. I'm personally thrilled!

It's a poor location, wedged into an old, gloomy housing estate. There's also very little parking across the whole area.

The photos and visualizations look beautiful, but the neighbors in the high-rises next door will be watching. This isn't a housing estate, just one apartment building. Construction workers are also disturbing the quiet at night. I'm curious how many parking spaces they'll have underground, since parking a car there is practically impossible.

A high quality residential building with excellent design. It has shared spaces too, including a residents' club with an exercise room, a TV, and a common kitchen.
