The front desk, restaurant, and spa service felt pretty absent. Nobody was unfriendly, but the staff seemed aloof. The rooms get very hot, and the air conditioning doesn't really work. Opening a window brought in a nice breeze. The hotel is by the train station, at the top of the hill, and close to a large Aldi hypermarket along with shops and restaurants. The better restaurants are further down the beach, away from the central tourist area. Breakfast at the hotel directly across the street is almost half the price. If you're after a modern hotel at a decent price, this is one of the better options.

The location was convenient, just a 10-12 minute walk to Sopot Beach, and the breakfast buffet had loads of delicious choices. The restaurant was excellent, too, with professional, friendly staff ready to help with anything. From reception onward, the welcome was warm and professional. The room was amazing, especially the king-size bed, and the bathroom was spotless, modern, and beautifully done. Even the shampoo, lotion, soap, and hand wash were high quality. It felt like a five-star luxury hotel, and I'll definitely come back with my family.

The room was disappointing, with dust on the bathroom shelf where the towels were kept, a broken body lotion dispenser, too few towels, and other basic details missed. Apart from one man at reception, the front desk staff came across as cold and disengaged, without even the basic courtesy of greeting guests with a smile. I can't understand how this place has a five-star rating. The amenities, service, and cleanliness feel much closer to a three-star hotel. This was the most disappointing hotel I've stayed at that calls itself five-star. I wouldn't recommend it or stay here again.

The room was elegant and spacious, with high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre, right by the station for trains to Gdansk, though the beach is a walk away. Thanks to Zbigniew and Emilia for all your help!

The setting is superb, and the hotel has beautiful rooms, reception, and spa. But the staff were unfriendly, and I often felt like I was bothering them. The front desk was unattended half the time, so we had to wait a long while. A few days ago, the fire department had to respond to an emergency at the hotel. Staff were in a complete panic, running around in all directions, and nobody was available at reception. It looked very unprofessional. The shower gel and shampoo were also running low in the bathroom, and we had to ask the front desk to refill them. Great surroundings, but incompetent staff.
