Agnieszka is the heart of this place, so kind and always ready to help. At “Dream Apartments Sopot” you can feel at home, thanks to both the atmosphere and the amenities. It lacks nothing, and I’m sure it would satisfy even the most demanding customers. The location is excellent too. I highly recommend it. ❤️

Close to everything, including the beach, train station, and lots of nearby restaurants. The apartment is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a washing machine, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen. It’s beautifully furnished and in a very good location. I recommend staying here and would gladly return someday 😃

The lady was kind throughout the whole unpleasant situation, so she gets two stars. About an hour before we arrived, we found out we were being given a different apartment from the one we’d chosen. That wasn’t an issue by itself, since they were next door to each other, but we weren’t told the bathroom was in a shared area. It was supposedly for our exclusive use, but getting to it meant going through that shared space. Then, on arrival, there was a strong cigarette stench left by the previous tenants. We canceled right away and rented somewhere else. I don’t recommend this place. Check everything carefully beforehand to avoid stress when you arrive.

We took time off work after seeing a good offer and booked flights we couldn’t cancel for free. Then, despite having all our contact details, we got a silly message asking us to cancel because the rooms were supposedly no longer available. They were still listed as available online, and no solution was offered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Never again!
