The reception staff were outrageous, especially during the changes on December 29th. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the women started shouting and arguing with me. They made things worse instead of calming them down, then kept loudly throwing rude remarks at me as I walked to the elevator. I'd never come across receptionists behaving so brazenly before. We paid full price for a New Year's Eve stay, and the only reasons for even two stars are the dining room staff and rehabilitation. Breakfast was the same every day, with no fruit at all, not even one apple for the whole stay. The dining room was packed and incredibly noisy, and I had to come late because there wasn't a table. It was so loud I couldn't eat. The rooms were small, dirty, and neglected. Cleaning was a joke: the cleaner didn't vacuum, just mopped with a stinking mop and did nothing else. The bedding smelled sweaty, the mattresses were worn, and the pillow was a complete disappointment. We got one towel for the whole stay and it was never changed. The hallway kettle was a complete disappointment, too, and the room was freezing cold. It was impossible to fill it with tap water. The room was so tiny I couldn't even open a medium-sized suitcase, and the wardrobe was tiny as well. There was an extra charge for a balcony.
