Sanhaus Apartments

We've taken holidays in troimiesto for a few years, and more recently we've booked through Sanhaus. I'm sure other agencies rent apartments too, but the Sanhaus offering has been perfect for us, so we have no reason to look elsewhere!

We stayed in Milano 1, and it looked just like the photos, in great shape and feeling completely new. I especially loved the little reading corner. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet area, still within a short walk of the beach and center. We arrived late at night, but everything worked smoothly, and the service was friendly and relaxed. Our provider was friendly and reliable too. Just a couple of small things: the apartment's parking space is very tight for a bigger car, and the house hallway isn't especially beautiful. Otherwise, no complaints.

The property management office communicated really well. When I left my keys behind, they let me know and even retrieved them for me, which stood out. The studio was spotless and well maintained, and a lovely place overall. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and pier, and six minutes to the main street with restaurants and amenities. A beautiful apartment in a great location. Highly recommend!

The apartment itself was lovely, well equipped, in a good location, and exactly as advertised. Check-in at the Sanhaus office got off to a poor start, as the welcome felt unenthusiastic, and when we reached the apartment, builders or decorators had blocked access, as if nobody could enter the building. That was an unfortunate beginning to an otherwise excellent holiday. I appreciated the apology by email afterward.
