There’s no lounge or hotel lobby, and in the off-season the reception wasn’t open after 3 p.m. The posted hours were 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., but even at 11 a.m. nobody was there. You get a code by message to enter the building and your room. At this room price, I’d expected a staffed reception. The room itself was really clean and fresh smelling, with comfortable bedding and a modern, very clean bathroom. It was small, with no room to set down and open a large suitcase, but that didn’t bother us. We had a lovely view of the beach, though trees partly blocked it. The place is right by the promenade along the beach, and within a five-minute walk there are restaurants, bars, cafés, and the pier, the wooden jetty.

Just outside Sopot pier, with a great location and a reasonable price. The rooms are small, but very clean and fine for a short stay.

The room was comfortable and very clean, if a bit small, and the location right in front of the beach was perfect. I really appreciated having free coffee and filtered water available for self-service anytime. The reception staff spoke English very well, and were kind, respectful, and modest in the typical Polish way. Definitely a place to recommend!

A fish restaurant across the road served fresh fish, including the famous “fish soup.” We had an amazing time at this delightful hotel, right on the beach with the sand only meters away. Our host was very friendly and spoke perfect English, even though he’d never been to England. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again. George

The customer service was poor, and the hospitality was poor too. Whenever I asked for something, the reply wasn’t accommodating. I had trouble with the initial booking, and staff interactions involved shifting blame. It was a bad experience that almost ruined how I felt about this city. I also had trouble storing my luggage, even though there was space, and struggled to leave it somewhere during my one day at the beach.
