The apartment was very small and not particularly clean. The building itself is old and poorly maintained.

The location is perfect, and despite the comments about room no. 4, we had a pleasant stay. Train information is on the website when you book, so I'm not sure why some reviewers seemed surprised ;) Trains pass rarely, and you generally aren't in the room during the day. Just keep the windows shut at night.

I won't be coming back. For what this place costs, I expected basic cleanliness and amenities, and the room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned between guests. There was dust and food on the table and chairs, filthy cutlery in the cupboards, and an old kettle so crusted with limescale it was hard to use. The bedding was torn and stained; in the bathroom there was no toilet seat or toilet paper, and several bulbs were missing. A major disappointment, and absolutely not worth the price.

We felt cheated, and the stay brought a lot of stress for the money. Trains ran past the windows almost constantly, day and night, so getting any rest was out of the question. The listing didn't warn about that level of noise, which felt deliberately misleading. Add shockingly poor cleanliness and a standard nowhere near the price, and this was easily my worst stay in Sopot, or anywhere I've traveled.
