We've been here four times now, and we'll certainly come back again. The apartment is cozy, spotless, warm even in winter, and equipped with everything you need. The owner is lovely and clearly puts a lot of work into keeping the apartments clean and in good shape. Communication is easy, with quick replies to messages. We wholeheartedly recommend the place, and thank you so much!

I booked this property on November 23rd for November 24/27, assuming there was an elevator because the listing title didn't clearly say there wasn't one. It said “Studio 4th floor.” I'd asked about the elevator earlier and got no answer. Ten minutes after booking, I was told there was no elevator. I have a sore knee, so I immediately asked to cancel. The owner was reluctant, but said he'd contact Booking.com, claiming they only allow free cancellations. I called them myself, and they said that as an exception he should cancel without charge. Nothing happened from 9 PM to 9 AM, so I thought I'd have to sort it out in person. I arrived at 1:50 PM and called him, but he didn't answer any of my calls between 1:51 PM and 3:30 PM. He had shortened my stay to one night. Then, at 2 p.m., I got a cancellation notice and a charge for that one night, after the owner changed the reservation. I was left with nowhere to stay. I looked for another booking, and the Booking hotline said it would help, but that was supposedly a scam. I lost 156 PLN, and they offered me 100 PLN just for fun. Why could the property cancel my stay an hour before check-in without a penalty? And why was I charged for a night I couldn't use? I waited at his house until 6 p.m. because the hotline supposedly called him so I could sleep for the night I'd been charged for.

The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the apartment was spotless, modern, and well equipped. It was peaceful and quiet, with greenery all around. The pier, beach, and train station are each just a five-minute walk away. A 10 doesn't do this stay justice. I recommend it and will definitely return.

We spent the weekend here with my son, and a 10 out of 10 still doesn't feel like enough. The owner was extremely friendly, and the apartment was peaceful, spotlessly clean, new, and nicely laid out. It had everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the secure gated community is surrounded by greenery. The location was fantastic, six minutes from both the train station and the beach. Two shopping centers, Zabki and Lewiatan, are within a five-minute radius. There isn't much to complain about. Maybe a microwave or oven would be useful for the owner to consider. We'd definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.
