Taras Na Fali Apartments

The rooftop and its view were amazing, and the apartment was very nice. It had enough space for six people, but being given just one room card for that many guests wasn’t deluxe. At that nightly rate, having to organize around one card wasn’t okay.

A beautiful apartment in the best location.

The location is the one good thing, and it’s why I gave this a 1 instead of 0. Service was awful. Asking questions was difficult because staff answered with spite and sarcasm. The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, and I’d urge the owner to inspect it before the next guests arrive. The rooms smelled bad enough that sleeping on the terrace seemed better. The toilet seat in the bedroom was broken, so finding a toilet at a nearby restaurant or the train station felt like the better option. For a six-person apartment, they provide two cards, which makes it really suitable for only two people, or a family that goes everywhere together, even to the bathroom. The price is high, so I expected better conditions and service. The supposedly good location is noisy all the time, and there are still bits of uncleaned glass on the roof, so watch your step. If things don’t change soon, I think Taras na fale will decline quickly. That would be better for future clients...

This happened to us on two rentals during the season: we paid a lot, then they kept the security deposit over a couch stain and for cleaning the apartment at checkout. Shameful and rude. They put the cost of a single wine glass at 200 złoty. The apartment itself is a great place, but we won’t support these scammers. There were other problems too, including air conditioning that was either blasting at maximum or not working, a broken toilet seat, and a sewer smell.
