VIU The Roof Apartment

The location is the best part: the station is close, with easy train rides to Gdańsk and Gdynia, and the pier and main Sopot promenade are only a short walk away. The neighborhood itself is quiet. Inside, the apartment has a pleasant look, comfortable beds, TVs in each room, good internet and lighting, skylights, secure free parking beside the building, and a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. There are two smaller issues and one serious one. Since this is an older building with high floors, there’s no elevator and carrying luggage upstairs takes effort. The small air conditioner is only in one room, and the attic apartment can get hot, so it takes hours to cool down on warm days. The real problem is the badly built shower tray. It leaked so much that one shower flooded much of the bathroom. With four of us, we had to be very careful each evening to keep the water from spreading through the apartment.

The apartment is modern and has everything we needed, and the location is great. The owners communicated really well and provided excellent service. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
