We went to the water park, not the hotel, and it was a 10/10 for us. Very clean, free lockers, suitable for kids of different ages and adults, and not crowded. We’ll go back!

We only visited the water park, and had a lot of fun. It was clean and had interesting attractions for families, so I recommend it. The one problem was the strong smell of smoke both inside and outside. It was bad enough to make me nauseous.

I visited the aquapark on a Thursday. It feels dated and needs a lot of maintenance. The grey slide looked like it had been closed for a long time, leaving younger kids with one less thing to do. Just one waterfall was running, lots of water jets didn’t work, and neither did the graduation towers. Ropes blocked off many areas, while others were completely empty, which made the place feel tired. Towels weren’t provided for changing, and I only saw one lifeguard who seemed active.

It’s kind of pricey, and the green pool tiles make the water look like it has algae, even though it’s clean. Watch out for the filter suction on the lazy river wall. It pulled me against the wall, and that could be dangerous and scary for a child.

A friend and I booked the Day Spa, but we didn’t get to enjoy it. The service was overpriced, and what was described as a day of spa was just three hours of treatments, one after another, followed by an invitation to leave as soon as possible. Lunch was okay. We’d expected to spend the day relaxing at the aquapark, then have a treatment and maybe get coffee or tea in between.
