The kids were happy with the layout, and so were the adults. The room makes good use of its space, with a living area, kitchenette, and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom on the mezzanine. The kitchenette was really well equipped. Cleaning could have been better, though. There was nail polish left in the bathroom by a previous guest, which was disgusting. If we’re in the area again, we’ll come back and recommend it.

There aren’t separate rooms inside, so everyone sleeps in the same room, which makes this a good choice for families. The interior was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and access was easy for a wheelchair user. It’s a good base for exploring. I recommend it.

We’re staying here again. It’s clean and charming, with room for a group. I highly recommend Apartamenty Górskie in Stronie Śląskie.

A complete disaster. We booked for our family, with two children and a person with limited mobility. We couldn’t reach the owner before booking; we had to pay first, and only then did a woman who brought the keys get in touch. When we arrived, the building containing the “APARTMENT” was under renovation. There were scaffolds, buckets, rubble, and covered windows everywhere. To get to the apartment, we had to step over buckets of cement. The woman with the keys connected us to the owner, who was extremely unpleasant. After I explained what we were facing, he rudely hung up, and we couldn’t reach him again. We heard this wasn’t the first time something like this had happened. The listing said nothing about the place being a literal construction site, and it also marked the property as having facilities for people with disabilities. If the renovation had been disclosed, I definitely wouldn’t have booked. They’re taking people’s money. We didn’t spend even ten minutes there. You go on holiday to rest, and there was no way to do that in those conditions. After looking into our complaint, Booking offered a 70 zł refund. They said the owners don’t report renovations because they don’t know how long they’ll last, and that everything inside was fine. What a disgrace for a global brand like Booking to treat customers this way. A total failure. I do NOT recommend this place. Avoid it completely, and under no circumstances pay in advance.
