The view of the resort from the window was great, and we found the sauna really relaxing. Our room was good for the price. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help us, though the WiFi kept cutting out.

The meals were so fresh and tasty, and Victoria took great care of us at mealtimes. All the staff were welcoming, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, though a little small, it suited our needs perfectly. The location is handy for both the slopes and shops, and there’s a ski gear storage area if you can’t get a locker. We’ve been visiting Czarna Góra for four years and used to come here for dinner. This was our first stay at Puchaczowka, and we’re so glad we chose it. We can’t wait to return.

The WiFi didn’t work in our room at all. That was a pretty big problem for us, since we both had to buy eSIMs to get internet.

The Polish food was really tasty, and the waiting staff were very friendly. We especially liked the warm cheese with bacon as a starter. It’s in an amazing spot with lovely views.

The food was amazing, and the place has a nice setting. The staff could be a bit better, though, since it seemed like any language besides Polish was out of the question.
