Hotel*** Villa Eden & SPA

I stayed one night on business. The rooms were okay, the service was nice, and the breakfast buffet didn’t have a lot of choice. The secure parking area has limited spaces. When I arrived around 9 p.m., it was full, so I had to park on the street in front of the hotel.

Every corner was filthy. The bathroom had mold, there was hair in the bed and on the sheets, the room smelled of sweat and cigarettes, the curtains were torn, and even the elevator smelled like a public restroom. This is a run-down shelter being called a hotel. I’d never stay again. The manager should be ashamed and is responsible for the poor housekeeping.

This was a one-night business trip, two years ago. I don’t regret staying, and I’d gladly return if I’m in the area. I’ve recommended the hotel to colleagues.

The location is convenient, though the parking area is small. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are inexpensive and not large, but there’s something for everyone. No air conditioning in the rooms, which is a downside.
